Senior Metallurgist

Jonathan is a metallurgist with over 20 years of technical and professional experience across metallurgical laboratories and mine site operations in Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Extractive Metallurgy from Murdoch University. He has contributed to the development and testing of Lifezone’s hydrometallurgical technology for the recovery and separation of PGMs. His expertise includes process design and simulation, as well as the management and execution of batch and pilot-scale testwork programs across gold, copper, cobalt, nickel, lithium, and recycling streams such as batteries and auto catalysts. Jonathan also has experience in cyanide management and International Cyanide Management Code (ICMI) compliance, supporting safe and responsible operations.
